Our mission is to support the Future strategy by differentiating our products and services from our competitors’, defining our value-added offerings, and identifying the mechanisms to fulfill our promises in each of our markets. To make this possible, we collaborate together with other areas to introduce innovative products that meet our customers’ needs while minimizing environmental impact, and we design the customer support and services that strengthen the overall experience and build customer loyalty.

Challenge
We must keep abreast of our customers’ evolving needs, new building trends, and sustainability innovations, and use this information to collaborate with Research and Development to devise solutions that will enable us to maintain our leadership position. In order to do so, we must stay abreast of our customers’ evolving needs, new building trends and sustainability innovations. To ensure that the Future customer experience is consistent throughout the business, we develop tools and training for our sales force team. We also design customer loyalty programs that help us build enduring relationships with our customers.
